View remote system info

SetMe's System Information feature provides you with a snapshot of the remote computer's hardware, operating system, software components, network environment и местоположение. This information can be used to quickly diagnose issues on the computer you're connected to.
During an active remote connection, open the System Info tab located within the Expert Console. 
If you're working with multiple remote computers, select the remote connection you wish to view within your client list and open its System Info tab. 
Чтобы перейти к System Information нужного Клиента, нужно выбрать его в списке Клиентов и на панели Клиента открыть вкладку «System Info».
Here you'll find the following information about the remote computer (наверное, нет смысла просто в перечислении отображаемых параметров, нужно либо убрать их, либо добавить хотя бы минимальное описание): 

  • Computer name – в том виде, как оно отображается в ОС Клиента;
  • IP address – внешний ip-адрес устройства Клиента, определяется при подключении к Клиенту, последующие его изменения в течение сессии поддержки не отслеживаются;
  • Operating system: OS version, codename (macOS only), build (Windows only), CSD version (Windows only);
  • System type: 32 or 64-bit;
  • Last boot time converted to your local Windows system time zone settings;
    Если в ОС Клиента активирована функция Fast boot (доступна и включена по умолчанию в Windows 8, 10 и 11), отображается время не последнего включения устройства Клиента, а его последней перезагрузки.
  • Manufacturer/Model заполняется, только если указано производителем устройства;
  • Processor including the manufacturer, number of physical cores and logical processors;
  • Installed RAM;
  • Location устройства Клиента, определяется по внешнему ip-адресу Клиента. 
    Возможные изменения location в течение сессии поддержки не отслеживаются.
